He was predeceased by: his wife Janice K Dunlap; his parents, Harper E Dunlap Sr. and Verda C Secunda; and his sister Nancy C King. He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Burrows (Albert) and Elaine Dunlap; his siblings, Bonnie Byadiah, Marian Mroz and R. Kelly Dunlap (Ruth); and his grandchildren, Sean Burrows and Sydney Bomers (Luke). He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren and 13 nieces and nephews.
Due to the current Covid 19 pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association, or the Alzheimer's Association.
