He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stuart Haggart and Florence Haggart; his wife Betty Mae; his children, Larry Haggart (Lynne), Roger Haggart and Nancy Garling (Jon); his grandchildren, Jeanna Kaye (Douglas Cook), Alex Haggart (Angela Wood), Brian Haggart (Julie), Mathew Haggart, Marc Garling and Tyler Garling; and his pet Bentley. He was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren.
