With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan A. Hughes of Troy, Michigan, who passed away on March 18, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her grandson Daniel Hughes; her son-in-law Chris Gambel; her parents, Warren LaFray and Virginia LaFray; and her sister Alice Sutton.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Gambel, Bucky Hughes, Sheila Feintech (Harlan), Bobby Hughes (Sue), Timmy Hughes and Patrick Hughes; and her brother Warren LaFray. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Our Light Catholic Church, 3077 Glouchester Dr, Troy, MI. 48084 which will reach their various outreach programs or the charity of your choice.
