He is survived by: his parents, Michael Thomas and Lori Beth Thomas; his siblings, Lisa Thomas and Kevin Thomas; his grandmother Marlyse Boes; and his aunts and uncles, Patty Thomas, Larry Thomas (Diane), Judy West (Kent), Patrick Thomas, Francine Whelan, Mary Thomas, Theresa Anderson (Mike), Jeff Boes (Nina), Lisa Krawczyk (Nick) and Greg Boes.
