She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kwiatkowski and Helen Kwiatkowski (Kareta); her husband Gerald; and her brother Stanley Kwiatkowski (late Juanita). She is survived by: her children, Randy Shurzinske (Linda), Jerry Lusk (Amy) and Tracey Losier (John); and her brothers, Walter Kwiatkowski (Carolyn) and Richard Kwiatkowski (Maryann).
