She was predeceased by: her husband William. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey (Jean) and Mark Votruba (Jaimi); her grandchildren, Alanna, Evan and Willem; and her siblings, Camille Wasik (late Joseph) and Bernadette Golbesky (Gary). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
