With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nawal Joseph Garmo (Troy, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 9, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kassab and Rajaa Kassab. She is survived by: her spouse Sabah Garmo; her children, Christopher, Calvin, Christine and Cassandra Garmo; and her siblings, Wisam Kassab, Wasim Kassab, Ban Goga, Baida Essak, Muna Harmiz and Rana Kasar.
A reception was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St George Orthodox Church/ Hall (2160 E Maple Rd, Troy, MI 48083). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (25800 W 10 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033).
