It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Sue (Milburn) Carter of Troy, Michigan, born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Milburn and Esther Clymer (Guiltner); her husband James F. Carter; and her sister Betty Maguffee (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Nancy Yeager (Dane) and Michael Carter (Karen); her granddaughter Haley Yeager; and her siblings, Cary Milburn and David Milburn (Brenda). She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
