He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Lee; his son David Lee; and his sister Betty Rex. He is survived by: his children, Cary Lee (Kevin) and Jody Sway-Tin (Min); his grandchildren, Natalie Sway-Tin, Alex Sway-Tin and Eric Sway-Tin; and his brother-in-law Tom Rex.
