He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Kincannon. He is survived by: his spouse Mary; his children, Ronald E. Kincannon, Jr., James Hickman (Patricia) and Chuck Hickman (Colleen); his siblings, Kenneth Kincannon (Joanne), Craig Kincannon (Karen), Doris Daley (late Larry) and Ronda Gardner (Ralph); and his sister-in-law Linda Kincannon. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
