He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Chapp and Rose Chapp. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey James Chapp and Veronica Anne Chapp (Doug); his wife Sandra Chapp (Sandy); his son Jeff Chapp (Kathy); his grandchildren, Josh, Brandon, Jeremy, Kaylee Chapp, Alex, Vianne and Dakota Miller; his sister Arlene Karr; and his brother-in-law Anthony Bommarito. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, close extended family and dear friends.
