She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sullivan and Frances Eugenia Sullivan (O'Henley); her granddaughter Rachel Foli; and her husband James Daley. She is survived by: her children, Brian Daley (Patricia), Timothy Daley (Betty), Louanne Snyder (Gregory), Kevin Daley (Marcia) and Maureen Foli (Theodore Groh); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Cassise (Anthony), Christopher Snyder (Ashley Middleton), Jeanine Snyder (Bethani Puzo), Laura Washer (Kyle), Chelsey, Megan, Kathleen and Anna Daley; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Anthony Cassise, David, Ryan Washer, Anne Elise Snyder and Theo Puzo; and her brother Jerry Sullivan (Florence).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
