It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Wayne Tubbs (Troy, Michigan), who passed away on April 27, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandson James Baker; and his siblings, Marion Splan, Iola Harrington, Walter Tubbs, Richard Tubbs and Laura Grimshaw.

He is survived by: his son Richard Tubbs; his grandchild Amee Murphy; his great grandchildren, Austen and Aubree Murphy; his siblings, Luella Thorsby and Earl "Sonny" Tubbs; and his close friend Patricia Tubbs.
