She was predeceased by: her grandchild Kelsey. She is survived by: her husband Ron; her children, Ronda Klausmeier (Howard), Richard (Tina) and Susan Swerc (Thomas); her grandchildren, Justin (Stephanie), Joey, Joshua, Jacob, Ryan, Samantha, Allison, Emily and Benjamin; and her great grandchild Jack.

In lieu of flowers, Shirley's family requests that memorials be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.Video.
