He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ode Shepherd and Leona Grace Shepherd (Smith); and his wife Carol Jean Shepherd (Cheetham). He is survived by: his children, Diane Knapp (David), Susan Kroening (Scott) and David Shepherd (Amy); and his grandchildren, Melanie Glover, Samantha Chadwick (Glover), Luke Shepherd, Leah Shepherd and Ethan Knapp.
