He was predeceased by: his wife H. Jane Leggett Swinson; his parents, Edgar Swinson and Lola Swinson; and his sister Leota. He is survived by: his child Lorie Jane Swinson-Tuck (Robert); his grandchildren, William Joseph, Tyler "Bebo", Colby, River and Riley Tuck; his pet Lucy Jane; his siblings-in-law, Neal and Claudia Ogden; his sibling's children, Laura Ogden Setliff (Mike) and Cam; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Derec, Jakeb, Casey and Spencer.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers a donation made in the name of Riley Tuck, to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), 24359 Northwestern Hwy #125, Southfield, MI 48075.
