He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma May Bartlett (Christiansen) and Lynn Bartlett; his brother Joel Bartlett; and his niece Melanie Bartlett. He is survived by: his nieces, Holly Blaskie (John) of Sherwood and Heather Carter (Randy) of Athens; his great-nephews, Jordan Green (Brianna) and Cody Carter; his cousins, Lee Bartlett of Dayton, OH and Cheryl Proctor of Sherwood; his sister-in-law Callie Bartlett of Union City; and his sibling's children, Shane Hodge (Melissa) of North Carolina, David Hodge (Samantha) of Jenison and Janice Gauss of Allendale.
