He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parks and Beatrice Parks (Woodruff); his wife Wilma Walterspaugh; and his siblings, Eline Ely, Margaret Arney, Keith Parks and Barbara Guthrie.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven (Paula Johnson) of Marshall and Garry Parks (Jessica) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Summer Olmstead of Portage, Gabe Parks of Hanover and Brandon Parks (Tiffany) of Burlington; and his great grandchildren, Kenyon, Kiara, Sebastian and Wesson.
