He is survived by: his wife Sue Bouchard; his children, Mike Bouchard (Paige) and Kathy Mitchell (Larry); his grandchildren, Michael Bouchard (Amanda), Jaimie Miracle, Aaron Bouchard (Cathy), Shauna Tursell (John) and Jessica Bouchard (Joshua Alward); and his sister Patsy Bialk.
