He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jay and Jack Herning. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Curt Herning, Leslie Poulin (Mike), Jennifer Lang (Mike) and Jay Herning (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Madison, Peyton, Tanner, Shane, Savannah and Landon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
