She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Boivin and Elizabeth Boivin (Lytle); her former husband William Lewis; her husband Donald Kochalka; her son William T. Lewis; and her siblings, Shirley Fuller and Glen Boivin.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Fowler (Daniel), Ronald Lewis, Connie Huizar (John), Diane Kanyok (Thomas) and Kim Kern (Timothy); her grandchildren, Bill Lewis (Terra), Kristina Juarez, Dan Fowler (Becky), Donald Fowler (Becky), Heather Green (Damon), Ronald Lewis, Jr., Billi Jo Roy, Amanda Bailey (Tyler), Tami Portelli (Mark), Thomas Kanyok (Tomoko), Danielle Corbeil (Kevin) and Hayley Kern (David Katz); and her pets, Lanie and Griz. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
