He is survived by: his mother Judith Burkett (Hurley); his children, Amber (Robert Curtis), Lauren Burkett, Rebecca (Kole Wood), Rachel Burkett and David Burkett; the mother of his children Renee Merritt; his grandchildren, Cameron, Angela, Samantha, Cole, Elaina, Paislee, Jax, Ava and Lylah; and his siblings, Ed (Nancy Burkett), Jeff (Mary Burkett) and Denise Gipson. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; and friends.
