He was predeceased by: his wife Patti Jones-Zehner; his son Cody Zehner; his father Martin Zehner; and his stepfather James Barnett. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Zehner of California and Katlyn Zehner of Kalamazoo; his siblings, Greg Zehner of North Carolina, Cheryl Prather of Kalamazoo and Kathi Peterson of Minnesota; his mother Shirley Barnett of Bloomingdale, MI; his grandchildren, Mykah Zehner and Brody Dixson; and his siblings' children, Chad Zehner, Soren Peterson, Victor Peterson, Daphne Baker and Nicole Gardner.
