He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Chase and Arlene I. Chase (Burrington); his brother Leon Chase; and his brother-in-law Charles "Joe" Eastwood. He is survived by: his wife Geri; his daughter Tina Wheatley (John); his sister Marilyn Eastwood; and his sibling's children, Rick Chase (Lonia), Randy Chase (Delcie), Lynette Maycroft (Chris), Mike Eastwood (Denise) and Cindy Orr (Hugh). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
