He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James Garzoni and Patricia Garzoni; his children, James Garzoni (Liz) and Julie Tanner (Tim); his grandchildren, Grace, Rocco, Louisa, Marina, Adele and Joe; his siblings, William Garzoni, Linda Brown (Dennis), Cyndi "Ninny" Garzoni and Luann Jones; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal (Chico), Beth (Jeremy), John, Jason (Carie), Chad (Jessica), Anthony (Paige) and William (Kaileigh).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. H. Peters Funeral Home (32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, MI 48088). The lying in state was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
