She was predeceased by : her father Walter Lentz. She is survived by : her mother Elaine Lentz (Stevenson); her husband Kazem Mirkhani; her children, Alexander, Martha Black (Nick) and Julia Griffin (Dan); her grandchildren, Lilly, Clara Black, Ivy and Layla Griffin; and her siblings, Mike, David Lentz, Marquerite Banka (Maggie), Patty (Todd) and Linda Gonder. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and her many relatives & friends.

Due to COVID-19 concerns and a desire to protect the people in attendance, the family requests all visitors observe social distancing and wear a mask.
