She is survived by: her sons, Dean Minnema, Clarke Minnema and Kurt Minnema; her grandsons, Derek David Dee Minnema and Patrick Clarke Minnema; and her siblings, Ralph Koch, Hans Koch, DeeDee Koch Noble and Theodore Koch. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
