She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathlyn Higgins and Thomas Higgins; her brother James Higgins; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Van Dorp and Joan Reardon (Neuman).
She is survived by: her husband Edward Neuman; and her siblings, Tom, Sharon Higgins, Mike, Lajuana Higgins, Susan Van Dorp (Higgins), Renee Higgins (Kerkstra), Ann (Higgins) and Les Conklin. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
