She is survived by: her children, Micklene McKenzie (Hugh), Kathleen Chaffin, Roxane Chambers (Robert) and Jerome Chaffin; her siblings, Theresa Mauri (Jim) and James Smith (Sherry); and her grandchildren, Shawna, Michelle, Melissa, Brittany, Kelly, Rebecca, Bradly, James, Richard, Tyler and Rob. She is also survived by 20 Great-grandchildren; and 3 Great great grandchildren.
