He is survived by : his daughter-in-law Nicole Ellefson; his wife Esther; his sons, Jon Frank (Jan) and Ken Frank (Nicole Ellefson); and his grandchildren, Andrew Frank (Samantha), Charlie Frank (Jess Waninger), Matthew Frank, Reid Ellefson-Frank and Emma Ellefson-Frank.
Charitable contributions: donations are encouraged to the charity of people's choice or to the Michigan Daily, where Harvey was the sports editor as a U of M student.
