She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Loram and Gertrude Loram; her husband Samuel; her children, Jennifer Vingsness (Edward), David (Thuy), Michael (Lynne), Peter (Minette), Laura Ryan (Kevin) and Paul; her grandchildren, Heather, Haley, Erik, Thomas, Joseph, Esita, Mark, Jasmine, Michael and Kasey; and her siblings, John and Lorna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Lucy's memory to Meadowbrook Congregational Church with the designation of "NACCC Foreign Missions" in the memo line.
