She was predeceased by : her grandmother Cecila Boulley; her parents, Henry Boulley and Virginia Boulley; and her son Michael Anthony Burch. She is survived by : her children, James Anthony Burch, Jovan Antino Burch and Montel Ashanti Burch; her adoptive son Norman Silva; her goddaughter Amber Blakney; the father of her children James Craig Burch; and her siblings, Mary Olin (Terry), Monica Guthrie (Jeff), Christina Sims (David) and Lonnie Haynes (Jodi). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
