Moser; her children, Carolyn Geoffroy (Robert), Vickie Miles (Paul), Joy Moser, Joseph Moser (Xiurong), Cathey Miles (David), Shirley DePree (Todd), Shelley Wittaniemi (Wilho), Gloria Romanelli (Kevin), Leasa Walton (Stanley) and Trena Feathers (Tony); her grandchildren, Joshua, Rachel, Matthew, Christopher, Tiffany, Jeremey, Jasmine, Jeffrey, Monica, Amber, Danielle, Heather, Ashley, Jaden and Kasey; her siblings, Dorothy Higgins, Christine Grant, Madeline "Babs" Leak, Terry Garbrecht, Ronald and Kay Garbrecht; and her son-in-law Tim Keller. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service for Virginia will be private, for immediate family only due to Covid-19 restrictions.
