He is survived by : his parent Dorothy Starke (Helmreich); his brother Pastor Stephen; his sister-in-law Pat Starke; his nieces, Paul Starke (Paulette), Peter Starke, Sarah Bobick (Justin) and Stephanie Starke (Keith Douponce); and his aunts, Ida Starke and Irma Starke.
