She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Gilpin and Shirley Gilpin; and her siblings, Christina Keyser and Gail Gilpin. She is survived by : her husband Anthony; her daughters, Jaclyn Conley, Dawn Devericks, Sara Rose Atchinson, Juanita Kapica, Rebecca Garvin (Jason) and Melissa Gillis; her grandchildren, Tanner, Conner, Chelsea, Danielle, Starla, Elizabeth and Alora; her great grandchildren, Rylee, Tinsley, Sopheria and Lincoln; and her brother Larry Gilpin (Tracy).

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the L. J. Griffin Funeral Home - Westland (7707 Middlebelt Rd, Westland, MI 48185). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the American Legions Ladies Auxiliary Post 396, 6860 Middlebelt Road, Garden City, MI 48135.
