He is survived by: his wife Janice of White Cloud; his children, Edmond Moore of White Cloud, Steve Moore (Shellie Neuhaus) of Wyoming and Melissa Moore Witkoski; his grandchildren, Seth Moore, Sam Moore, Justin Witkoski and Courtney Witkoski; his siblings, Dianne Langworthy (Dave) of Grand Rapids and Wayne Moore (Kelly) of Grand Rapids; and his stepbrother Terry Keizer (Linda) of Grand Rapids.
