He is survived by: his wife Shawn Marie Howey (Deam); his children, Brian Howey (Destiny), Richard Howey (Ronda), Brandi Elizalde (Bryan), Amanda Soles, Amber Deam, Alisha Rish (Daniel), Ruth Ann and Riley Howey; and his siblings, Joe Howey (Diane), Rick Howey (Kate) and Cherryl Moore (Floyd). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
