He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary; his children, Kevin Phillips (Nanette), Kenny Phillips (Jennifer), Sheila Lingo (Bill), Sheri Anderson (Aric), Kirk Phillips (Brandi), Charity Slough (David), Jonathan Phillips (Jamie), Ronda Phillips (Cameron Ward), Dwight Phillips and Ronald Phillips; and his sister Gloria Rein (Everett). He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
