He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wayne and Mary Esther Scarbrough (Welham). He is survived by: his wife Lois Burch of White Cloud; his children, Eric Scarbrough of Bitely and Erica Scarbrough of White Cloud; his grandchildren, Temperance Scarbrough, Elyzabel Scarbrough-Mikrut and Arielle Scarbrough-Mikrut; his siblings, Herb Scarbrough of Bitely and Mary Nichols of Muskegon; his mother-in-law Lois Wilson of White Cloud; and his siblings-in-law, Hope Green (Terry) of Hesperia, Daniel Burch of Baldwin and David Burch of White Cloud. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
