He is survived by : his children, Leah Eglinton (Ray), Clifford Howard III (Lisa), Belinda Howard and Trisha Howard; his grandchildren, Justin (Amber), Savanah, Jake, Katie and Amy; his great grandchildren, Cason and Jettson; his sister Glenda McKeever (late Billy); his nieces, Mandy and Shana; his nephew Kenneth; and his parents, Clifford Howard and Peggy McDowell.
