He is survived by : his parents, Layton C. Ruge and June M. Ruge (McGrady); his daughter Lindsey Lynch; his grandchildren, Holden, Leighton and Kamden; and his siblings, Scott Ruge, Pam Ruge, Bruce Ruge and Angela Richards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
