He was predeceased by : his parents, Gretchen David (Smith) and Arthur David; and his siblings, Ron David and Eileen Sharp. He is survived by : his former life partner Patricia Murphy; his wife Faye Emerson; his stepchildren, Christina (Mick) and John (Josie); and his children, Ken, Ellen Ware (Kirk), Jim and Tyler. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
