Ellsworth, Jr. (Karissa Ramsey); his grandchildren, Sophia, Aubrey and Aiden; and his siblings, Sally Morris, Kann Ellsworth, Susie Ellsworth, Connie Ellsworth, Jim Ellsworth, Rex Ellsworth and Steve Ellsworth.
