She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Bacon and Robert Bacon; her brother Michael Bacon; and her close friend Warren Gregory. She is survived by: her friend Marie Kingdon; her children, Tim Holmes and Michelle Jennings (Perry); her grandchildren, Caleb Jennings, Dashiell and Grayson Holmes; her sisters, Peg Bacon (Julia Tanner), Kathryn Wright (Van Wright) and Martha Jakubiak; and her siblings' children, Elizabeth Jones, Marianne Bacon, Michael Bacon and Miklos Horvath.
Mary Elizabeth (Bacon) Holmes, born February 8, 1945, died February 28, 2022 from complications of Alzheimer's disease.
