He was predeceased by : his mother Carol. He is survived by : his wife Cathy; his daughters, Tara (Blake) and Jessica (Cody); his father Duane (Barb); and his brothers, Brad and Duane (Cathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
