She was predeceased by: her son Mark Swistak. She is survived by: her significant other Larry Swistak; her brother Chester Klimowicz (Paula); and her grandson Matt Swistak.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Czopek Funeral Directors (2157 Oak St, Wyandotte, MI 48192). A rosary was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Mt. Carmel Catholic Church (976 Pope John Paul II Ave, Wyandotte, MI 48192, USA). A Mass was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (976 Pope John Paul II Ave, Wyandotte, MI 48192, USA).
