She was predeceased by : her parents, Stanley Zurek and Anna Zurek. She is survived by : her husband Michael Jablonski; her children, Matthew Jablonski (Rebecca), Christopher (Jaime) and Katherine Kaminski (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Jack, Luke, Violet, Evan, Emma and James.

The family asks that memorial donations to be made in Mary Ann's name to The Michigan Parkinson's Association or The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
