He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Bushart. He is survived by: his girlfriend Diane Barnum; his children, Deb Henrickson, Sue DeVries and Bob Bushart; his daughter-in-law Tracy Brand; his grandchildren, Chad Shea, Holly Shea, Ashley DeVries, Nikki Lipzinski, Courtney, Allison, Zach and Megan Bushart; his great grandchildren, Isaac Shea, Dominic and Oliver Lipzinski; and his cousin Max.
