In the sacred silence of farewell, Bonita is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Bonita's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Luchies and Doris Luchies; and her brother Jim Luchies. She is survived by: her husband Tom; and her siblings, Jan Thurston (Russ), Gary Luchies, Tim Bultje, Tammy Hapner (Denny) and Terri Zondervan (Steve). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Byron Center Baptist Church (7343 Byron Center Ave SW, Byron Center, MI 49315). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in memory of Bonnie may be made to Byron Center Baptist Church.
