Gayle Jones Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayle Jones of Wyoming, Michigan, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Gayle departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Gayle. Though Gayle may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billie Thomas Jones; and her son Mark Jones. She is survived by: her children, Mary (Robert Vasquez), Billie (Susan Jones), Nenette DeRoo and Theresa (John Angstman); and her sister Audrey (Jim Johnson). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and their spouses; 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A vigil service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4145 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jesus Parish (1048 Chicago Dr SW, Wyoming, MI 49509).
